Join the First Night Fredericksburg People's Procession

Line-up at 8:30pm in front of the Creation Station Children's Area tent.
EVERYONE is invited. It is free to join the procession. Just be sure to bring a mask, hat, noisemaker, or anything that brings out your New Year spirit!
The winners of the essay contest will lead the procession, followed by the drum corps and then you, your friends, siblings, family and friends, sharing in the celebration as we march toward our very own early countdown and wishing tree lighting at 9:00pm.

Plus, come get ready for First Night® Fredericksburg 2008 by joining us at a FREE workshop to make a noisemaker, crown, or mask to wear in the parade. This free workshop is held on Thursday, December 27, 2007, 10:00-11:00 am at the Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal Street. You must pre-register by calling (540) 372-1086.
