| Restrooms |
|
Restrooms are available inside most entertainment locations. Restaurant restrooms are open only to paying customers. Public toilets are located behind the Visitor Center Main Stage and at the 900 block of Caroline Street. |

| Food |
|
Food vendors will offer a variety of snacks and light fare. Many downtown restaurants will be open as well. |

| Smoking |
|
There is no smoking inside any of the entertainment locations. No smoking under the tents at the Visitor Center, Children’s Area or William Street Lot. |

| Alcohol |
|
No public consumption of alcohol is permitted. Restaurants that serve alcohol to their seated customers will do so as usual. Please do not drink and drive! |
